Ferriton Solid is a product containing 6% iron – HBED and is suitable for use in soils with a pH of up to 11. Iron is an essential element in the growth of plants, as it plays a key role in determining the enzymes involved in the synthesis. of chlorophyll in the respiratory process, while contributing to effective development of the plant’s shoot and root system.
Iron deficiencies are directly related to various soil properties such as:
- soil pH> 6.5
- a small percentage of organic matter
- high amounts of water – poor drainage or frequent watering
