Description
Manganese Sulfate is a product containing 31% manganese – MnSO4.1H2O and is suitable for the prevention and treatment of manganese deficiencies in all crops. Manganese is involved in the activation of enzymes, while also contributing to the availability of iron and the utilization of nitrogen.
Manganese deficiencies are directly associated with various soil properties such as:
- soil pH> 7.5
- high percentage of organic matter
- high amounts of water in the rhizosphere – poor drainage or frequent watering
- High content of phosphorus, calcium, boron, iron and/or chloride.
